Delivery Information

Saabparts offers two delivery options at checkout:

• EXPRESS Delivery (1 working day) - Available for orders placed before 2 PM.
• ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 24 - Up to 2kg (1-2 working days) - Available for orders placed before 2 PM.

Note: We only ship to UK addresses.

Shipping Details

• Orders are collected by DPD & Royal Mail each afternoon, Monday to Friday.
• Orders placed before 2 PM (Monday-Friday) are dispatched the same day (excluding bank holidays).
• "LARGE" parts can only be shipped on a 2-working-day standard basis.

For small items that fit in a jiffy bag or small box, Royal Mail shipping quotes are available upon request. Contact us at orders@saabtech.uk.

Returns Policy

Saabtech Parts Europe Ltd complies with UK Distance Selling Regulations, allowing customers to return purchased products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

• Returns must be arranged within 14 days by contacting orders@saabtech.uk.
• Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
• Free items included in the purchase must also be returned.
• Refunds cover the part cost (including VAT) but exclude the original delivery charge.

If a return is initiated after 14 days, no refund will be issued.

Damage and Missing Items

All deliveries are recorded by our designated courier for verification. Claims for missing items will be investigated and refunded only if undelivered.

If an item arrives damaged, email us at orders@saabtech.uk for assistance. Items that have been fitted after delivery will be considered satisfactory and non-refundable.
