We are pleased to offer FREE UK shipping on all orders, regardless of size or value.

Shipping Details

• Small and low-value items are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class.
• Larger and higher-value items are shipped using DPD Next Day service.
• Orders placed before 2 PM (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day, excluding bank holidays.
• All orders are collected daily by Royal Mail and DPD.

Note: To support our free shipping offer, the final prices of some lower-value items have been slightly adjusted to help cover shipping costs—ensuring you get fast, reliable delivery with no added fees at checkout.

Returns Policy

Saabtech Parts Europe Ltd complies with UK Distance Selling Regulations, allowing customers to return products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

• Returns must be arranged within 14 days by contacting orders@saabtech.uk.
• Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
• Free items included in a purchase must also be returned.
• Refunds cover the part cost (including VAT).

If a return is initiated after 14 days, no refund will be issued.

Damage and Missing Items

All deliveries are recorded by our couriers for verification. Claims for missing items will be investigated and refunded only if undelivered.

If an item arrives damaged, email us at orders@saabtech.uk for assistance. Items that have been fitted after delivery will be considered satisfactory and non-refundable.
