This cup holder can be fitted to ALL 9-3 models (2003-2012)
Collection
Saabparts offer a free of charge collection option as a choice at the point of ordering.
If you select this option, please call us once the order has been placed on 01234 756 800 to confirm a collection time.
Orders can be collected from our location in Milton Keynes from Monday to Friday 8.30am -5.00pm, excluding bank holidays.
Delivery
Saabparts has 2 delivery options available at the point of ordering, with costs and delivery lead times. Please select the option that suits you best.
- STANDARD delivery (2 working days)
- EXPRESS delivery (1 working day) - Available for orders up to 2PM
For small items, we can also offer a 2nd Class ROYAL MAIL regular post option.
Please note we are only able to ship to UK addresses.
- - Orders are collected by Parcelforce each afternoon Monday-Friday. Orders placed before 1.30pm (Monday-Friday) will be dispatched same day. This may vary due to Bank and National Holidays.
- - Orders to the UK mainland addresses will be shipped in line with the delivery option selected at point of ordering. Standard delivery taking 2 working days and Express taking 1 working day. (Saturday & Sunday are NOT working or delivery days).
- - Parts classified as "LARGE" can ONLY be shipped on the 'standard' 2 working day basis.

orders for delivery to UK addresses can be processed.

Hedin Parts complies with UK Distance Selling Regulations. This means that the customer is entitled to return any purchased products within 14 days of delivery, without a specific reason. The goods must be returned in the same condition as delivered and in the original box and packing.
Hedin Parts reserves the right to charge the customer if something is missing, such as instructions. The customer is responsible for paying any return postage costs. Any free items provided with the purchase must also be returned to complete the refund. Any refund applied will be for the cost of the part purchased (including VAT), but excluding the charge applied at invoice for delivery to the UK address (if applicable).
For Express (Air Freight) orders shipped from Sweden, subsequently returned, Hedin Parts can only reimburse the cost of the part, not the air freight shipping cost.
Please contact us at customercare@hedinparts.com within 14 days of delivery before returning any purchases. We will provide full details of the return process. Please note that the costs of returning goods to Hedin Parts is not refunded. Once we have received the goods at our designated return address, refunds will be applied to your payment method.
If goods are returned after 14 days of first notifying Hedin Parts and requesting return, no refund will be made.
All Saab Parts deliveries in the UK are performed by our designated courier service and are recorded by them to verify receipt (and act as proof of delivery). Any missing claims will be investigated and only refunded if the item can be confirmed as not delivered.
In the unfortunate event that an item is delivered damaged, please contact Hedin Parts Limited via e-mail ( customercare@hedinparts.com), and we will provide full details of the damage claim process. Customers should carefully check the condition on receipt. Any items that are received and subsequently fitted to a vehicle will be deemed satisfactory and fit for purpose.
